**Job Descriptions**
- Develop and implement housekeeping policies, procedures, and standards to ensure cleanliness and orderliness in all areas.
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff, including scheduling, assigning tasks, and providing performance feedback.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and initiate procurement when necessary.
- Plan, design, and maintain outdoor landscaping areas, including gardens, lawns, pathways, and other green spaces.
- Manage a team of landscape personnel, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Schedule and coordinate landscaping activities, such as planting, pruning, watering, fertilizing, and pest control.

**Job Requirements**
- At least Diploma or Bachelor degree in any field.
- At least 3 years experience in the related field.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
