**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot POS systems across outlets.
- Provide technical support to outlet staff for POS-related issues.
- Monitor system performance, ensure data accuracy, and generate reports.
- Coordinate with vendors for POS upgrades, software patches, and maintenance.
- Assist in system integration for new outlets or menu updates.
- Work closely with Operations and Finance to ensure system alignment with business needs.
- Ensure data security and compliance with company IT policies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- **Mandatory**: Hands-on experience with POS systems in F&B.
- Strong understanding of F&B operational flow (front-of-house and back-of-house).
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in MIS/IT support or similar role.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Willing to travel to outlets when required.
