We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical individual to join our Commercial Banking Division as a Specialist, MIS & Financial Reporting. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and enhancing the bank's management information systems (MIS), ensuring timely and accurate reporting, and driving data-driven decision-making across sectors and regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support business teams in their BAU and ad hoc reporting requirements, including performance tracking on a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Extract, transform, and analyze data from the bank's Data Warehouse and various internal systems for reporting and performance monitoring.
  • Develop and automate reporting processes using Python, SAS, SQL, VBA Macros, Advanced Excel, Power BI, and other analytical tools.
  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations that deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Drive MIS process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance data accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness.
  • Represent Business Banking in MIS-related discussions and cross-functional projects as an alternate.
  • Continuously improve data extraction, collation, and analytics processes to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Handle ad hoc reporting and data analysis requests as required by management
