Keep abreast of the provision and changes in the Statutory requirements, Head Office / Bank
- Policies/manuals/guidelines and Bank Negara Malaysia’s Guidelines to ensure due compliance in all aspects.
- Adhere to and ensure that the policies, procedures and guidelines listed in the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Financing of Terrorism Operations Manual are complied with as well as all other operating policies/procedures and regulatory rules are complied with at all times.
- To proactively manage the loan quality of the Bank.
- To provide support and guidance to Business Units to structure loans and/or acquire loans that match risk appetite.
- To manage resources and set the right priority to handle both new/incremental loans and to reduce the overdue review.
- To perform/handle any other responsibilities and works assigned by HOD CAD and/or senior management.

**Requirement**
- Degree or possess a professional qualification in banking, finance, accounting, economics or business.
- To possess a professional qualification, at least Business Credit Professional (BCP) by AICB.
- Prepared to enroll for certification courses related to ESG, if required by the Bank.
- At least 10 years of working experience in credit initiation, approval, credit due diligence, assessment or credit risk management, of which last 3 years must be in commercial/corporate approval.
- Team player with positive attitude towards stress and challenges.

**Salary**: RM14,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
