**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, answering calls, and responding to inquiries.
- Maintain office filing systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Oversee office facilities, including maintenance, supplies, and equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors for office services and repairs.
- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Serve as a liaison between management and staff, ensuring effective communication within the office.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up actions.
- Support HR processes, including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
- Assist in planning and coordinating office events, meetings, and conferences.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
- Must be **immediate starter.**:

- Proficient in office software (e.g., MS Office Suite) and comfortable learning new systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with basic HR functions is a plus.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
