**Responsibilities**:_
- Provide administrative and coordination support for strategy, project planning, and sales activities.
- Gather and organize market studies, feasibility analyses, and competitor benchmarking.
- Prepare proposals, pricing packages, presentations, charts, and reports for strategic reviews and clients.
- Maintain contracts, agreements, and systematic filing of documents (physical and digital).
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, project, admin) and external stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
- Track project timelines, update progress reports, and ensure timely renewals of agreements/LOAs.
- Identify and pursue new property sales opportunities while maintaining updated listings, leads, and customer databases.
- Provide after-sales support and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist in organizing sales events, property launches, and exhibitions.

Conduct research, basic analysis, and data entry when required.
- **Requirements & Skills**_
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Real Estate, or related fields.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with market analysis tools (SWOT, PESTEL) is an advantage.
- Good communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
