Admin Teacher Support

**Admin cum Teacher Support** have the overall responsibility of embodying the ACE DNA, delivering the ACE culture and experience to teachers, and assisting the school and teachers to ensure that systems are in place and operations are running smoothly.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

Kindergarten Teacher Support & Administration
- Be on standby in the mornings for calls and messages from teachers or parents.
- Perform morning gate duty and conduct health screenings upon student arrival.
- Coordinate substitute teachers or sit-ins for absent staff as needed.
- Ensure all class materials and resources are prepared and ready for daily operations.
- Liaise with the Timetable Team to manage scheduling needs and updates.
- Coordinate with Ashley for the drafting and distribution of letters and memos to parents.
- Collaborate with other Teacher Support staff on related matters and shared responsibilities.
- Follow up on medical certificates and leave forms, ensuring accurate records are updated in the system.
- Input data for late and absent records, including coordination with Lil Unicorn and Dwi Emas Teacher Support teams.
- Manage iPads and accessories: charging, tracking, and distributing them as needed.
- Support teachers with administrative tasks such as photocopying, laminating, printing, and material preparation.
- Assist with item collection or delivery when necessary.
- Work with fellow Teacher Support staff and suppliers to order school stationary and supplies.
- Assist in sourcing and purchasing lesson materials and other required classroom resources.
- Keep the Teachers’ Room bulletin boards updated regularly.
- Ensure classroom timetables are current and properly displayed.
- Coordinate weekly meal orders and other requirements with the school caterer.
- Organize and manage the distribution and tracking of worksheets and handouts.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Teachers’ Room.
- Maintain and organize the Kindergarten Library.
- Manage and coordinate the tidiness of student cubicles in classrooms with class teachers.
- Welcome and onboard new teachers by providing essential information, materials, and tours.
- Collect, record, and organize relevant data as required.
- Monitor student check-in/out via TinyApp or any system used by the school.
- Liaise with relevant parties regarding food prep or activity-related needs.
- Coordinate with school administrative staff on Kindergarten updates and other administrative matters.
- Work with sales representatives on new enrolments and trial students, ensuring smooth transitions and clear communication with staff.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support internal events, providing necessary itineraries and coordination.
- Communicate with the finance team on payment-related matters when necessary.
- Maintain organized records of all claims, reimbursements, and bills under LU.
- Keep up-to-date and accessible student records and essential information.
- Stay informed on upcoming Kindergarten events and prepare accordingly.
- Respond to general enquiries professionally and promptly.
- Be the point of contact for external vendors and service providers related to field trips, outings, or event catering.
- Foster and maintain positive, professional relationships with parents.
- Serve as the main contact for parents, providing updates and follow-ups on all student-related matters.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for facility repairs, event setups, and overall Kindergarten upkeep.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
