To prepare an On Time Delivery Ratio Report.
- To prepare daily and monthly stock out or related inventory reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and customers.
- Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Coordinate with logistics and shipping departments to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of products or services to international clients.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback. Provide regular sales reports to management.
- To ensure sales operation is going smoothly.
- Distribute Lead Time Delivery to each sales window.
- To find an alternative to minimize outstanding PO.
- To meet customer satisfaction especially pull in or pull out.
- To maximize receiving orders from the sales office to meet the peak profit.
- Proficiency in Mandarin languages, if applicable to the target markets, can be a significant asset in building relationships and conducting business.
- To analyze the receiving order and transportation costs.
- Provide feedback to the company on market trends, customer preferences, and potential areas for improvement in the international sales strategy.

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
