POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Serves customers by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of products,

equipment, and services

2. Establishing and maintaining strong relationship with existing and new potential customers.

3. Prepare Sales visits, maintain customer database and update project status/ activity reports on

weekly basis.

4. Develops and executes strategic account plans to achieve sales goals and value-creating

objectives.

5. Establish strategic action plans to win a deal (prospecting, presentation, technical

closure, commercial closure and after-sales follow up.)

6. Work closely with counterparts, factory or principals from different regions for smoother

operation, costing issue and to optimize sales result.

7. Discuss and participate in Project Team members on service delivery improvements.

8. Develop strategic plans to optimize customer’s satisfaction and organizing mandatory sales

activities.

9. Ensure customers are well informed of market trends, customers activities and also general

information about the area of coverage

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Engineering (any).
- Possess driving license with own car and willing to travel
- Proficient in Microsoft Office is required to produce necessary reports and create other

documents using Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Able to communicate and write in English, sound command of presentation and

conversational skills in English is compulsory
- Able to work independently and handle pressure
- Preferable with at least 3-5 years of experience in Test & Measurement industries &
Semicon Industries.
- Relevant experience in sales with the Electronics Manufacturing Services supporting

manufacturing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,553.47 - RM6,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
