Position Summary:

  • Execute sales plans to meet revenue targets
  • Acquire new customers in industrial sectors (semiconductor, oil & gas, chemical, power)
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers
  • Conduct product demos and site visits
  • Prepare quotations and contracts
  • Manage customer accounts for satisfaction and growth
  • Provide technical consultation on fluid systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery
  • Track market trends and competitors
  • Maintain CRM records and forecasts
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve issues quickly
  • Conduct customer visits and needs assessments
  • Provide after-sales support

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the manufacturing sector, oil & gas, or industrial products sales
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (comprehensive training provided)
  • Additional language skills (e.g. proficiency in Mandarin , would be an advantage. We're seeking candidates with strong Mandarin language skills to effectively serve and communicate with our valued Mandarin-speaking clients
  • Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships independently
  • Proven capability in consultative selling and needs assessment techniques
  • Willing to travel on short notice when required
