We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will independently manage a portfolio of small to medium-sized customer accounts, building strong relationships and identifying growth opportunities. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge fluid system technologies while developing your expertise in consultative selling and account management.

Position Summary:

  • Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts and achieve individual sales targets
  • Conduct regular customer visits to understand needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Develop account plans to identify growth opportunities and upselling potential
  • Prepare professional sales presentations, quotations, and proposals
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline data in CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and deliver exceptional service

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the manufacturing sector, oil & gas, or industrial products sales
  • Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships independently
  • Working knowledge of mechanical products and industrial applications
  • Proven capability in consultative selling and needs assessment techniques
  • Willing to travel on short notice when required
