**Clinic Assistant Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Report to Supervisor or Clinic Manager
- Provide receptionist duties at front counter
- Assist in dressing of wound, minor surgery, take blood and ECG test
- Prepare and dispense medication
- Assist doctors during consultation and treatment procedures
- Ensure accuracy of clinical data entry into clinic management software
- Maintenance of the physical facility of the clinic
- Maintain filing system, coordinate appointments and other admin duties
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management

**Work Hours & Benefits**
- Working for 6 day + 1 day off
- Rotate shift (required to follow 3 shift rotation)

**Salary**:
RM 1700 - RM 2200

**Requirements**:

- Able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Good team player; easy to work with others and cooperative, self-motivated
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Passionate to serve patients and help them fully recover
- Good computer literacy with ability to perform other administrative tasks including to register patients, to update data and to record patient's history in clinic management system
- Strong desire to learn and grow.
- Able to work and follow 3 shifts schedule
- Willing to work on night shift
