**Store & Sales Assistant (Full-Time) - Ness Jewels**

Ness Jewels is looking for a **passionate, eager-to-learn, and customer-focused** **Store & Sales Assistant** to join our team. If you love fine jewelry, enjoy engaging with customers, and have a positive attitude, this role is for you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**: Assist clients in selecting fine jewelry and provide guidance on diamonds, gemstones, and craftsmanship.
- **Sales & Consultations**: Conduct in-person and online consultations, guide customers through their purchase journey, and work towards meeting sales targets.
- **Store Operations**: Oversee daily store operations, manage inventory, maintain showroom presentation, and ensure a luxurious shopping experience.
- **Client Relations**: Build lasting relationships with clients, follow up on inquiries, and provide after-sales support.
- **Social Media & Marketing Support**: Assist with content creation, product styling for photos, and customer engagement on social media.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Handle invoicing, order processing, and appointment scheduling.

**Requirements**:

- Passion for fine jewelry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- **Willing to learn, with a positive and professional attitude.**:

- Basic knowledge of social media engagement is a bonus.

**Work Location & Hours**:

- **Based in Publika, Kuala Lumpur** (on-site, not hybrid).
- **Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM** (occasional weekends for special appointments or events).
