_**Job Overview**_

We are looking for a dedicated and driven **Assistant Operations Manager** to train and transition into an **Operations Manager** role in the Sports and Recreation. This individual will be responsible for **overseeing the day-to-day operations** of the club, driving **business growth**, improving **member experience**, and ensuring the **smooth functioning of all club activities**.
- **Roles & Responsibilities**_

**1. Operations & Management**
- Oversee the **daily operations** of the Padel club, ensuring smooth functioning of courts, bookings, and facilities.
- Manage **staff scheduling**, performance, and training to maintain high service standards.
- Ensure **facility maintenance** and safety standards are consistently met.
- Monitor **court bookings, refunds, and customer service inquiries** efficiently.
- Assist in setting up **POS systems, back-end reporting, and inventory tracking**.

**2. Business Growth & Sales**
- Develop strategies to **increase memberships**, partnerships, and community engagement.
- Manage and grow **merchandise sales** (rackets, shoes, apparel, grips, balls).
- Drive **corporate and private event bookings** to generate additional revenue.
- Work closely with the marketing team to **execute promotional campaigns**.

**3. Membership & Customer Relations**
- Ensure **top-tier customer experience**, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Manage and grow **membership tiers**, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Implement **loyalty programs, discounts, and special perks** to enhance value for members.
- Actively **engage with the Padel community** to strengthen relationships and drive referrals.

**4. Event & Tournament Coordination**
- Oversee and facilitate **tournaments, coaching clinics, and special events**.
- Coordinate with coaches, sponsors, and stakeholders to enhance event execution.
- Ensure smooth **event logistics, registrations, and on-ground execution**.
- **Job Requirements**:_
- **2-5 years** of experience in **sports club management, hospitality, retail, or operations**.
- Strong leadership, **organizational, and problem-solving** skills.
- Experience in **sales, business development, or customer service** is a plus.
- Passion for **Padel, sports, or fitness industries** is highly desirable.
