**Finance Supervisor**
- Responsible for the full set of accounts for the Group’s Singapore and Malaysia entities, including account booking for GL, AR, AP, fixed assets etc. in accordance with IFRS
- To set standards and align with the Group’s accounting policies and local statutory regulations
- Responsible for all local compliance activities including financial reports, tax return filings etc.
- Maintains proper documentation including journals, invoices, delivery notes, staff claims etc. and other internal forms
- Ensuring that intercompany balances and transactions are properly reconciled
- To review cost reports of sales, labour, material variances and manufacturing department expenses
- To analyse costs, trends and other financial data to provide suggestions for cost-reduction opportunities
- Responsible for month end and year end financial closing in accordance with the Group’s internal deadlines
- Liaising with external consultants including tax consultants, financial auditors, government departments etc.
- To participate in and the annual budget process and other periodical forecasting as required
- To ensure adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency of the internal control systems in alignment with the Group requirements

**Job requirements**:

- Degree in Accounting with at least 5 years of experience
- Fluent in Mandarin
- Able to work independently
- Experience in SAP is an added advantage
- Manufacturing Industry experience & CPA preferred

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
