Sales Executive

We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and managing business relationships with local companies, promoting our metal surface treatment services (e.g., anodizing, coating, plating), and supporting overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Liaison with customer on project issues
- Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions
- Prepare quotations, proposals & handle negotiations
- Feedback to internal departments on customers requirement
- Collaborate with technical & operations team for project delivery
- Monitor market trends and prepare sales reports
- Follow up on project progress and delivery schedule
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or equivalent
- 1-3 years sales experience in manufacturing/B2B environment
- Result-oriented and self-motivated
- Willing to travel for client meetings
- Knowledge of metal surface treatment is an advantage
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
