**KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Understand, analyze, execute, and be seen as an expert in administration processes.
- Deliver information based on system/data analysis which helps in the decision-making process.
- Work cross-functionally with sales and merchandising to execute deliverables on time in full, capturing & chasing products ensuring a full assortment going into the door with the highest fulfillment rate.
- Support and develop merchandising processes and strategies.
- Compile and analyze sales reporting
- Lead/drive and influence problem-solving activities (data gathering, root cause analysis, and potential solutions).
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
- Administration / Management or equivalent.
- At least 3-4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English. Being able to command in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
- Sales or Buying and Merchandising exposure would be an added advantage.
- Advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint would be an added advantage.
- Familiar with the POS System would be an added advantage.
Full Time position available.
