**Overview**:
**Salary**:
8,000 MYR ~ 11,000 MYR**Industry**:
Civil Engineering/Architecture- Pre-contract works including preparation of tender documents, cost planning, budget estimates, evaluation of tenders and preparation of sub-contract agreement.
- Analysis tender received and prepare cost comparison for management to review.
- Attend final tender interview to assist in concluding procurement of sub-contract.
- Prepare cash flow projection monthly with Account
- Prepare and review letter outgoing to sub-cons/ supplier.
- Liaison with project site management team to clarify and resolve issue arising on cost and contractual matters.
- Prepare contractual correspondence involving time and cost implications.
- Prepare progress payment for sub-contractors and ensure all payment made tallies with actual work done at site.
- Plan, monitor and control cost of the project.
- Assess, negotiate and finalise all project related claims, variation order works and final account.

**Qualifications**:
**Requirement**:

- Education Background : Diploma / Degree in any field
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in contract, construction industry**Required Skills**:
1. Excellent in Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint.
- 2. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- 3. Flexibility to work in a cross-cultural environment.
- 4. Fluent in English language.
- 5. Willing to travel to client site (Kedah/ Penang, once in a month only, need to stay there for 1- 2 days)-
