- Position: Call Center Supervisor _
- Salary Range: RM4,500- RM5,000 (Offer based on experiences) _
- Working Days: Normal day & normal working hours (5 days | 9:00am
- 6.00pm)_

Requirement:

- Diploma/ Degree in any course.
- Fluent written and spoken in English.
- Strong experience in Customer Service/ Call Center, minimum is 4 years
- Smart & love communicate with people.
- Detail, hardworking & good to lead team.

Task:

- Manage a team of customer service agents (20 team member).
- Escalate complaints and feedback to the correct Channel / Managers.
- Ensure key directions from the Management are followed through and accomplished.
- Achieve set SLA’s and targets daily.
- Manage any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.

**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Call Center: 4 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
