Optimizing platform trading environment, enhancing product competitiveness, handling customer complaints, conducting research and analysis on competing platforms, and improving brand reputation and customer experience.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Participate in the new product launch process, including conducting research, establishing relevant settings, tracking project progress, and notifying front-end and back-end departments.

2. Regularly generate various analytical reports, including analysis of the trading environment, competitors, and product optimization.

4. Communicate and coordinate across departments, and establish standardized processes for progress tracking.

5. Timely complete assigned projects and conduct project research as directed by superiors.

**Qualifications**
- Undergraduate degree, Master's degree.
- Finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, statistics or related fields.
- 1 year of related work experience.
- Experience in the financial industry, forex trading, investment funds, and investment advisory.
- Powerpoint, Excel, Word, SQL, Python
- Ability to work irregular overtime on weekends and public holidays in response to international financial trading hours.
- Total 3 of New Vacancy for Junior & Mid-Level and Senior Level.

**Salary**: RM4,193.37 - RM12,143.49 per month
