**Responsibilities**
- Strong knowledge and experience in installing, configuring, and upgrading Oracle databases.
- Analyze the data stored in the database and to make recommendations relating to performance and efficiency of that data storage
- Establish standards and best practices for SQL
- Proactively monitor systems for optimum performance and capacity constraints
- Administer existing enterprise databases, and analyze, design and create new databases
- Familiar with database backup and recovery strategies
- Experience in setting up and handling SQL server AlwaysON solution
- Familiar with AlwaysON Read only routing
- Handling database security, roles and privileges
- Implement, Administer and maintain the partitioned tables in SQL server
- Good knowledge on query tuning and query execution plan analysis
- Provide 24x7 support

**Job Requirements**
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Proficiency in Oracle database management
- Experience setting up Master-Slave replication, multi-Master replication, High Availability and disaster recovery in production environment
- Experience on Maxscale HA proxy implementation
- Hands On Experience with Oracle database and query performance tuning
- Familiarity with other SQL / NoSQL database such as MongDB server will be added advantage
- Good knowledge in Unix command
- Able to work extended hours
- Good analytic skills, troubleshooting and problem identification

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
