Human Resources Manager

Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource strategy to support the business growth.
- Provides support and guidance to stakeholders and mgmt. team on HR related scope.
- Oversees employee disciplinary, terminations, and investigations.
- Maintains compliance with local authorities on local employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and legal requirements.
- Handle legal matters related to employment issues, such as discrimination claims or labor disputes.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
- Communicate policies and procedures to employees.
- Ensure consistent implementation and enforcement of policies across the organization.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- A minimum of 5+ years of human resource management experience preferred.
- Must have English proficiency on spoken and written.
- Relevant experience in supporting a start-up organization.
- Preferred exposure in BPO or share service industry.
- Strong leadership skills in leading a dynamic team.
- Ability to work in matrix reporting organization.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Knowledgeable on HR trend and local regulations
Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
