- To prepare and analysed market vs cost comparison.
- To manage a proper record of purchasing activities, including the record of material pricing, suppliers & quotations.
- To liaise and work closely with suppliers and other departments to ensure the efficiency of the purchasing function.
- Handling manage and checking booking vessel for oversea shipment/ container, then check the rate for vessel and space
- Assist Finance in compiling received invoices, preparing PO do E-Invoices
- Experience in Auto Count is advantage
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Any ad-hoc task which is assigned from time to time by the superior.
