**Responsibilities:

- **
- Prepare all necessary documentation for the import and export of goods.
- Ensure all aspects of import/export freight are handled efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure timely completion and submission of all required shipping documents.
- Closely follow up on shipping tasks to guarantee all documents are updated promptly.
- Communicate with relevant parties to ensure proper coordination of shipping documentation and import/export arrangements.
- Oversee day-to-day shipping operations, including import, export, customs clearance, and proper documentation related to stock receipt, issuance, and delivery.
- Perform general office administrative duties as required.
- Maintain accurate filing and daily updates of documentation summary reports.
- Carry out any other ad-hoc assignments as directed by the supervisor or management.

**Requirements:

- **
- Minimum Cert/ Diploma in Business Admin/ Management.
- Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills.
- Hardworking, multi-tasking, resourceful and proactive with sense of urgency.
- Good interpersonal, communication skills and reporting skills.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Mandarin Language is a must.
