HR & Admin Manager

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage the recruitment and selection process domestically and internationally.
Oversee and ensure payroll processing is done in an accurate and timely manner.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
To implement HR records, attendance records, leave administration, disciplinary issues, staff welfare etc.
Nurture a positive working environment.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Other ad-hoc requirements as may be determined by the Company from time to time.
Requirement
At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
Good communication & interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and maintaining confidentiality.
Good knowledge in Employment Acts and other relevant statutory
Familiar with TMS & BCA Payroll System.
The company is currently producing plastic parts for industrial and consumer electrical and electronics products for customers mainly from overseas. We are also doing silkscreen printing, spray painting, and other sub assembly processes for customers. Our future plan is to go into the assembly of complete products.
Besides salary, we offer performance bonus and profit sharing schemes for executive level employees.
