Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned HR and Admin Executive with over 3 years of experience to lead and manage our Human Resources functions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of HR strategies, employee relations, and organizational development, contributing to the overall success and growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Advise senior management on HR-related matters to support business decisions.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce needs and ensure timely hiring.
- Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and manage performance appraisal systems to assess employee performance.
- Provide coaching and feedback to employees to foster professional growth.
- Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits packages.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives and adjust as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Prepare and submit HR reports to management as required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on generalist functions.
Knowledge:
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
Skills:
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience in handling payroll and benefits administration.
- Familiarity with Autocount software.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
