HR and Admin Executive

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Human Resources (HR)**
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening, interview arrangements, and onboarding/offboarding procedures;
- Maintain and update employee personal files and HR records;
- Assist in staff training, performance appraisal, and employee engagement activities;
- Handle employee disciplinary issues, grievances, and assist in resolving workplace disputes;
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and other statutory requirements;
**2. Administration (Admin)**
- Manage daily office administrative tasks and operations;
- Handle procurement of office and factory supplies, stationery, and miscellaneous items;
- Maintain inventory of office equipment and fixed assets;
- Organize internal meetings, maintain proper filing and documentation systems;
- Support hostel management, transportation arrangements, and general facility coordination;
- Assist in the implementation of company policies, occupational safety and health (OSH) activities, and audit preparations (e.g., ISO documents);
- Coordinate staff welfare, company events, and employee activities;
**3. Others**
- Carry out any ad-hoc tasks or assignments assigned by the superior;
- Work closely with all departments to ensure smooth HR and admin operations.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and good in communication and coordination;
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience (fresh graduates with strong interest will be considered).
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
