- Handle all HR related matters and undertake task as and when assigned by management.

Recruitment and Hiring- Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants.
- collaborates with top management and head of departments to understand skills and competencies required for openings.

Employee Relation- To advise in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
- To Communicate with Employee, executing and drive in the implementation of HR policies, practices and processes

Training and Development- Work closely with the top management and heads of departments to identify, develop and implement strategic organizational effectiveness initiatives design to KPI systems, people performance, competencies, etc.
- Propose and implement Employee Engagement initiatives to nurture positive culture and instill core values and drive a high-performance organizational culture, improve staff engagement, including any company activities.

Performance Management- Monitor workforce productivity in the company by providing KPI to every staff.

Job Requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources/ Business Admin or other relevant fields.
- Able to start work immediately will be preferred.
- Able to communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
- Possess positive attitude, self-disciplined and motivated & able to work well in a team
- Possess team lead with experience managing team members
