**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources/ Business Admin or other relevant fields.
- Have At least 2 years experienced will add on advantage
- Able to start work immediately will be preferred.
- Able to communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
- Possess positive attitude, self-disciplined and motivated & able to work well in a team
- Possess team lead with experience managing team members
**Responsibilities**:
**General**
- Handle full spectrum of HR duties, include overseeing the most of HR functions, including Recruitment and Hiring, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Training & Development.
- Well versed with Malaysian Labor Laws and good working knowledge of HR practices & Liaise with relevant authorities to ensure the company is compliance with the local labour laws and related statutory requirements.
- Handle all HR related matters and undertake task as and when assigned by management.
**Recruitment and Hiring**
- Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants.
- Collaborates with top management and head of departments to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
**Employee Relation**:
- To advise in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
- To Communicate with Employee, executing and drive in the implementation of HR policies, practices and processes
**Training and Development**
- Work closely with the top management and heads of departments to identify, develop and implement strategic organizational effectiveness initiatives design to KPI systems, people performance, competencies, etc.
- Propose and implement Employee Engagement initiatives to nurture positive culture and instill core values and drive a high-performance organizational culture, improve staff engagement, including any company activities.
**Performance Management**:
- Monitor workforce productivity in the company by providing KPI to every staff.
