1. Manage full spectrum of HR administration functions which includes recruitment and selection, payroll administration, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee training and development, resignation in accordance with established SOP and Employee Handbook.

3. Responsible to monitor employee leave and employee attendance, probationary review and conducting job appraisal for employment confirmation.

4. Liaise with relevant government authorities and agencies such as KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN, Immigration, Labor Office, MyEG, FOMEMA and etc on HR statutory requirements and ensuring full compliance to statutory requirements.

5. Plan and organize company activities if needed.

6. Liaise with Head of Departments / Business Unit Head on general HR matter, including employee grievances and counselling.

7. Ensure accurate and timely weekly HR direct reporting to BUH and matrix reporting to Senior Manager, HR & Corporate Service.

8. Familiar with Labour Law in Malaysia

9. Good personality and people oriented

10. Good in Microsoft Office

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of working experience in the Payroll,familiar with HR related field, in a manufacturing environment within the similar capacity
- Excellent skill in excel and daily report
- At least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of **local labor laws**, payroll systems, and compliance requirements..
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented approach to work
- Passion for contributing to the growth and development of the organisations
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Ability to commence work immediately will be an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
