**About the role**Neostra Technology Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to join our growing manufacturing team in Senai, Johor. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing all quality assurance processes and maintaining the highest standards of product quality. **What you'll be doing**
- Developing, implementing and monitoring quality control systems and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Conducting regular quality audits and inspections to identify and resolve any issues
- Analysing quality data and providing detailed reports to management
- Leading a team of quality control technicians and providing training and guidance as needed
- Collaborating with production, engineering and procurement teams to improve quality and efficiency
- Staying up-to-date with the latest quality control regulations and best practices

**What we're looking for**
- Degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quality Control Manager in the manufacturing industry
- Proven track record of implementing effective quality control systems and procedures
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Familiarity with quality control tools and techniques, such as statistical process control, Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- mandarin speaker is a must, preferably chinese but also open to all race if can speak in mandarin due to handling client in china

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM12,000.00 - RM16,000.00 per month
