RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Quality Control

  • Support the Quality Manager by overseeing team members to ensure that all testing processes are conducted in accordance with test requirements and quality standards.
  • Ensure raw materials testing are carry out before use in production(incoming list)
  • Ensure finished goods testing are carry out before release to customer.
  • Monitor quality of reject /  rework material.
  • Assist responsible parties in formulating corrective actions and preventive actions.
  • Ensure corrective action is being carried out to prevent recurrence.
  • Review and recommending changes if necessary.
  • To lead with process improvement projects to improve quality, reduce losses and increase output.
  • Work closely with production team to maintain consistent quality.

Technical support

  • Assist in quality problem, customer complaints and supplier defects investigation.
  • Communicates clearly and professionally with customers to understand their concerns and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Assist in sample testing request and color matching process.
  • Assist in quality audit.
  • Involve in quality improvement project.

Lab Management

  • Supervise the QC inspector and ensure QC Inspectors are following test procedures.
  • Provide training to QC Inspectors and Production staff in QC tests and checking.
  • Ensure QC Inspectors are following the safety policy.
  • Ensure retained samples are kept in good condition and have good traceability.
  • Ensure cleanliness of the Laboratory(5's)
