Key Responsibilities

  • Review and approve CMM inspection reports for First Article Inspection (FAI), PPAP, and customer submission.
  • Verify measurement results against engineering drawings, GD&T requirements, and control plans.
  • Collaborate with QC Inspectors and CMM Technicians to ensure dimensional data accuracy and compliance with specifications.
  • Identify non-conformances based on CMM or inspection reports and initiate Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
  • Participate in process audits, product validation, and internal quality system audits.
  • Review and maintain quality documentation, including inspection records, control plans, and calibration data.
  • Support the development and improvement of quality procedures and work instructions.
  • Communicate quality findings and recommendations to Production, Engineering, and Management teams.
  • Support customer audits and provide quality-related data or reports as required.

Added Advantage

  • Experience with FAI, PPAP, SPC, and MSA.
  • Exposure to customer-facing quality reporting (e.g. automotive, electronic, plastic injection, metal precision or HDD industries).
  • Certified Internal Auditor (ISO
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement tools such as 8D and FMEA.
