1. Sorting all documents sent back from outlets to HQ
- POS Daily Collection Reports
- Bill
- Debit/Credit Card payment slip & merchant settlement reports
- e-Wallet payment slip & settlement reports
- Delivery platform sales slip
- Redeemed voucher
- Supplier invoices
- Cheque or remittance advice
- Petty cash claim
- Mall and hostel utilities invoices

2. Daily sales Taiwan report
- manning report.

3. Filling & Documentation
- Bank Statement
- Invoices
- e-Filling for Petty Cash & Staff Claim
- Download & Save Merchant Report
- Payment voucher

4. Billing
- Voucher invoice & remittance confirmation
- Staff purchases
- Recycle oil

5. Arrange small notes change for outlet
- Call or whatsapp supplier for arrangement

6. Payment Platform Refund
- fill in refund form

7. Liaise with suppliers
- CTC copy of invoices, credit notes, delivery order

**Requirements**:
2. Basic bookkeeping knowledge

3. Requirement skills: basic Microsoft excel, word

4. Requirement language: Malay & English, Mandarin is an advantage

5. Fast leaner and keen to learn attitude

6. Willing to work in Taming Jaya, Balakong.

**Working Hours**

1. Mon-Fri : 9am-6pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
