Initiate marketing campaign preparation, and work with various stakeholders’ teams to carry out campaign execution and fulfillment process.
- Track and prepare relevant reports such as overall remittance business drivers performance, channel performance, as well as internal and external campaign results for announcement.
- Prepares approval paper for management sign off on policy updates for new, revised or housekeeping matters.
- Supports Remittance projects or initiatives where required.
- Conduct regular market checks and competitors benchmarking against local and foreign banks, as well as non-financial players to ensure product offerings, features, value proposition and FX pricing remain competitive in the market.
- Engage with Decision Management team in analyzing data for remittance business expansion.
- Identify new business opportunities in line with digital trend.
- Provide product training and campaign briefing to sales staff, branches and call centre, as well as support any ad-hoc issues or enquiries.
- Any other responsibilities/tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.
