**JOB SCOPE**
- Oversees the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across various departments.
- Identifies improvement areas and plans and implements systems to boost company efficiency and reduce operational cost.
- Developing and managing operational budgets, monitoring expenses, and implementing cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
- Leading and motivating teams, providing guidance and support for professional development, and ensuring they are aligned with the company's strategic goals.
- Works within the company’s policies, objectives and quality management system.
- Promotes and enforces safety in the workplace
- Improves existing systems and policies
- Manage and Overseeing the supply chain, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Compares deliveries with specifications indicated on purchase orders/contract document and prepares discrepancy reports for any item not in compliance.
- Using delivery documentation or delivery notes, prepares items for dispatch to clients or vendors.
- Provides advice and guidance to other employees regarding stocks and inventory
- Conduct inventory stock take on regularly or on scheduled dates, making sure all inventory is accurate across all selling platforms.
- Inspects physical condition of the storage area, materials and equipment.
- Keep the warehouse clean, presentable and easy to manage.
- Responsible for all incoming deliveries and shipment and safe keeping of all stock located within the warehouse.
- Coordinating the transportation and distribution of inventories to various retail locations, warehouses, or directly to consumers, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Establishing and enforcing quality standards checking for products from supplier
- Prepares budgets, schedules, and other organizational reports as needed
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production, inventory, and logistics, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and generating reports for management.
- Assists upper management in setting goals that promote company growth
- Liase and facilitate smooth and efficient operations between the company and other vendors.
- Monitor and manage marketplace's store rating making sure that it is up to standard.
- Ensuring a positive customer experience through effective store operations and customer service both online and offline.
- Ensures customer orders, inquiries and requirements are met in a timely manner.
- Operates procedures for activities such as verification of incoming to and outgoing form of equipment / materials shipments from the warehouse.
- Performs other duties as assigned to support other departments when required.

**JOB REQUIREMENT/SKILLS**
- Knowledge in managing website and marketplace
- Familiar with Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) system
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools especially Microsoft Excel
- Good in planning and scheduling
- Good in leading and manage team
- Good in identifying and solving issue
- Good analytical skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
