**PRIMARY OBJECTIVE (S)**: To lead the management and operational matters for branch office. To assist in identifying potential new business for the company, get buy in from IGS management to target specific businesses to lobby for contracts, arrange meetings between potential clients and IGS Management team, identify and attend viable networking events.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Security Operations Management:

- Oversee and manage security projects across various locations, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance with local regulations.
- Be accountable for the success, quality, and timeliness of all special security projects and operations, ensuring that all tasks meet company standards.
- Conduct investigations as required, ensuring adherence to legal and organizational protocols.

2. Stakeholder and Relationship Management:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local law enforcement, government agencies, and key contacts for seamless coordination on special security operations.
- Foster positive relationships with IGS clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded in the delivery of security services.
- Liaise with relevant Malaysian ministries and enforcement agencies for licensing, regulatory compliance, and other government-related matters on behalf of IGS.

3. Business and Financial Management:

- Develop and implement business strategies, forecasts, and financial plans to ensure the profitability and growth of branch operations.
- Manage operational budgets, ensuring that resources are efficiently allocated to meet security service goals.
- Present business development strategies, financial forecasts, and performance metrics to the Executive Management Team.

4. Leadership and Staff Management:

- Lead and manage a team of security personnel, ensuring a positive working environment that promotes productivity, team collaboration, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and address staff development needs, conduct training, and ensure adherence to safety and security protocols.

5. Business Development and Networking:

- Identify and explore business development opportunities, particularly by identifying potential new clients through networking events, market analysis, and competitor assessments.
- Conduct background checks on potential clients, evaluating their existing security solutions, and determining opportunities for IGS to offer more efficient or cost-effective services.
- Maintain a record of competitors' services, products, and market movements to anticipate trends and stay competitive in the industry.

6. Security Standards and Continuous Improvement:

- Develop and refine security policies, procedures, and operational standards, ensuring they meet industry best practices and align with company objectives.
- Implement mechanisms to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of security services and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Regularly report findings and provide recommendations to senior management (SMO/COO) on improving security service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

7. Strategic Planning and Execution:

- Work closely with the management team to develop long-term business strategies that align with IGS' overall goals and vision.
- Contribute to the company's overall strategy by identifying operational bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities in security service delivery.

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4000.00 per month
