Executive Merchandising

**Job Summary**:
Ensure that stores, shelves or websites are stocked with the right types and quantities of products. The merchandiser's responsibilities include understanding customer behavior, monitoring stock movements, analyzing market trends, ensuring product displays are appealing to customers and implementing promotional activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all stores are operating with optimal stock levels through inventory control.
- Ensuring product assortments are sorted correctly to increase productivity and minimize ageing stock holding.
- Monitor inventory levels, liaise with suppliers, and ensure timely stock replenishment to meet customer demand.
- Conduct market research to track trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, providing insights to refine merchandising strategies.
- Working as team with warehouse members for stock allocation, stock movement and stock deliveries timeline as scheduled.
- Regularly analyze sales data and customer feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of merchandising activities, and prepare reports on performance.
- Ensure Product master database well maintenance and price accurately updated.
- Require to co-ordinate with marketing department on mailer/flyer checking, to ensure price and description correctly feature for promotion and new launch collection.
- Analysing e-commerce sales and stock level, to ensure stock replenishment schedule with timeline given.
- Assist with deliveries where required.
- Require to fulfil any ad hoc task as require by business unit.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 year experience in merchandising or retail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated strong numerical and analytical abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work in team-driven environment.
- Ability to be flexible & adaptable to the need of the business.
- Willingness to constantly learn & develop.
- Good working attitude, responsibility and punctuality.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
