**Responsibilities**:
- Do a fulfillment for order in daily basis.
- Print every order in the representative day (Lazada and Shopee).
- Perform Transfer Note (TN) to E-Commerce PIC.
- Received daily Manifest (prove of currier daily collection).
- Organize and failing everyday documentation regarding order and fulfillment.
- Monitor daily gold bar price in Lazada and Shopee platform.
- Receive stock from MC holder (Logistic & Pricing).
- Request items from other showroom for replenishment purpose.
- Update/ increase stock in Lazada and Shopee platform.
- Change gold price item in both platforms (if needed, eg: gold sales price increase and decrease).
- Do a photoshoot for new items for upload purpose (weekly, depends on the demand of upper management).
- Workout price for newly uploaded items in both platforms.
- Upload new item SKU (once received final photo from MARCOM).
- Provide a list for E-Commerce to do submission for every specific campaign (state in Promo Mechanic provided by E-Commerce team).
- Provide product lists and price for ad-hoc campaign requested by Lazada and Shopee PIC.
- Provide and inform E-Commerce team on banner (items to feature in the banner).
- Perform monthly stock take and ensure the stock is tally.
- Ensure that Lazada and Shopee Holder is zeroize by the end of the day.
**Job Requirements**:
- Diploma in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of online consumer behavior, E-commerce trends, and digital marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful E-commerce strategies, resulting in category growth.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, capable of working across functions and engaging with senior leadership.
- Proficiency in using E-commerce analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with online merchandising practices and content management on E-commerce platforms.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
