Telemarketing Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Customer Service & Telemarketing Executive to join our growing team. You will be the first point of contact for customers — handling inquiries, coordinating services, and promoting our battery products. If you enjoy talking to people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, social media, and email.
• Promote company products and services to potential and existing customers.
• Assign and monitor delivery/service riders using the company's system.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Prospect and develop new customers through calls, referrals, and networking.
• Work closely with branch teams for smooth daily operations.
• Support marketing campaigns through outbound calls and promotions.
• Maintain product knowledge and professionalism at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of working experience (telemarketing experience is an advantage).
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and basic e-commerce tools.
• Able to speak and write fluently in Malay, English, and Mandarin.
• Willing to work on shift rotation (including midnight or able to commute to HQ for shift duties. (optional, if applicable)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM6,800.00 per month
