The Telemarketing Executive is responsible for promoting car battery products through outbound calls, WhatsApp, and online channels. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and online platforms.
- Recommend and promote suitable products based on customer needs.
- Manage structured lead follow-ups to close sales opportunities.
- Verify customer order details and delivery arrangements.
- Assign jobs to runners and ensure timely delivery.
- Input orders into the Jom BMS apps for efficient task handling.
- Update daily reports (sales, leads, cancellations, warranty claims).
- Send post-delivery feedback prompts and follow up with promotions.
- Coordinate stock availability with runners to avoid service delays.
- Support brand promotion and perform ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Experience in Telemarketing, Telesales, or Customer Service (automotive or battery industry preferred).
- Strong communication and persuasive skills in English & Malay (Mandarin is an advantage).
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude toward achieving targets.
- Able to multitask, work independently, and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of car models and battery types will be an added advantage.
