We are looking for a dynamic and proactive all-rounder to join our team. This role is the backbone of our daily operations, combining office administration, warehouse support, and digital marketing tasks. Key Responsibilities:

  • Office & Admin:
  • Greet clients and manage front desk reception.
  • Handle general office administration and maintain a clean, tidy workspace.
  • Manage company vehicle maintenance schedules.
  • Warehouse Support:
  • Assist with receiving, checking, and storing incoming goods.
  • Process, pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
  • Marketing & Sales:
  • Manage daily social media posts and interactions (e.g., Facebook, Instagram).
  • Handle online sales on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada) – from listing products to processing orders.
  • Respond to online customer inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher in any field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1-2 years of relevant experience is a plus.
  • Possess a valid Malaysian driving license (VDL).
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Chinese is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
