Shah Alam, Malaysia Leoch Battery (M) Sdn Bhd Full time

As a Finance Executive, you will be responsible to handle full set of accounts for our battery manufacturing plant in Malaysia. Ensuring the accounting entries and accurate, fixed asset are well registered and controlling company cash flow activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle full set of accounts.
- Oversee daily accounting entries, reconciliation of accounts and ensure all transactions are recorded in a timely and accurate manner.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Establish and maintain fixed asset register, ensuring accurate asset tracking.
- Monitor and manage payables and receivables.
- Assist with preparation of tax fillings and support tax audits.
- Monitor and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Track and report on cash flow.
- Support the finance team in the preparation and analysis of budgets and forecasts.
- Analyze cost structures and identify opportunities for cost optimization and improvement.
- Participate in the implementation of financial systems and processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or it’s related.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of full set of accounts, GL management and balance sheet reconciliation.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good command of mandarin, both spoken and written, as there is a need to communicate with stakeholders from China.
- Possesses sense of responsibility in meeting dateline.
- Possesses own transport.
- Applicants must be willing to work in our Factory in Shah Alam, Selangor.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
