Admin Operations

We are looking for Admin cum Operations to handle the general office administation, record-keeping, travel arrangements (Domestic/International), planning for internal company's events and maintain office well-being.
**Job Responsibilties**:
- Manage office administration duties, including reception, mail handling, and office maintenance.
- Maintain and update office records, asset inventories, and document filing systems (physical and digital).
- Arrange domestic and international travel for staff and management, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and liaise with travel agents, embassies, and relevant authorities for travel documentation, entry permits, and visa processing.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management on facilities and maintenance matters.
- Coordinate logistics and site operations, including transportation, deliveries, and site access arrangements that related to administration/offices.
- Support procurement activities, including issuance of Purchase Requisitions (PRs), Purchase Orders (POs), and follow-up on deliveries and invoices.
- Track and monitor stock levels, office supplies, and equipment to ensure timely replenishment.
- Ensure that all administrative and operational tasks comply with internal SOPs and statutory regulations.
- Plan and coordinate internal and external company events such as festive celebrations, staff activities and CSR initiatives.
- Any other functions as required / instructed by the immediate superior and top management.
**Job Qualifications**:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Fresh graduates or 1 - 2 years of working experience in administrative or operations support roles.
- Full knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Basic bookkeeping and math skills
- Good time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues.
- Effective communication, including speaking, writing and active listening.
- Able to give and receive feedback and constructive criticism from a variety of channels..
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
