**You will play an important role to**:

- Assist Operation Manager and supervise a team of Telesales Executives.
- Deliver quality sales & services.
- Support business’ activities by improving quantity, quality and contributing business growth.
- Support and enable team members to achieve KPIs in productivity i.e. call target, sales revenue target.
- Motivate, coach and inspire team members to achieve the sales target.
- Handle and resolve inquiries escalated from team members as necessary.
- Ensure all team members understand the company's policy, management procedures, and other work related matters.
- Monitor team member's attendance and manage team members’ work schedule.
- Review goals for each team member and the whole team based on daily, weekly and monthly.
- Ensure the team and daily tracking report are updated and accurate.
- Ensure team members are familiar with product knowledge and program specification.
- Ensure team members strictly adhere to call center discipline and guidelines.
- Support subordinates in solving difficult situations by providing suitable directions.
- Actively involved with HR in hiring, promotion, demotion, leaves of absence, release of staffs among others.
- Work on other ad hoc job assigned by the Company and superior

**To be successful in this role, you will need to have**:

- At least a SPM, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in any field.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the Outbound Contact Center industry, preferably financial products/e-commerce/telco.
- Sound knowledge of Call Center Metrics.
- Hands-on experience in leading/ managing a team of staff.
- Excellent training skill, objection handling skill (sales conversion), closing skills, coaching skills, leadership and mentoring & people management.
- Proficient in MS Office and call center equipment/software programs.
- Critical thinking and analytical thinking.
- Able to multitask, work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal skills & communication skills in 中文, English & B.M.
- Must be energetic, positive minded and a good team player.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
