ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee daily operations and performance of the branch.

Maintain high standard for store appearance and cleanliness as well as product freshness.

Supervise the implementation of all sales promotion and marketing plans including all signature programs.

Working with relevant department to develop in store promotion programs to raise customers pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability

Trains and reviews all staffs job performance and promoting an effective performance team

Meeting sales and profitability goals, delivery of customer satisfaction and enhancing.

Provide feeding back on buying trends, customer needs and competitor activities.

Ensure compliance with all legislative, regulatory and company policies as they pertaining to food handling, and other food safety guidelines.

Other duties and responsibilities assigned by Company from time to time.

**Requirements**:
Min. Education: SPM/Diploma/Advanced/Bachelor’s Degree

Spoken Language: Bahasa Malaysia, English.

Able to communicate in mandarin would be an added advantage.

Able to work in non-halal department & wine department.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
