1. Actively communicate with inspection team to keep abreast of inspection schedule and outcomes.

2. Verify the reported non-conforming materials and resolve quality issues in a timely manner by coordinating containment actions with internal customers.

3. Raise non-conformance report (SNCR) to suppliers with detailed inspection results and request corrective / preventive actions on next incoming batch.

4. Ensure incoming materials that fails to meet quality expectations are quarantine, including ERP system and physical identification to prevent accidental release to store / production.

5. Document the decision on the use or disposal of non-conforming products by completing detailed disposition report.

6. Close all corrective action request (CAR) raised by internal customers.

7. Verify COA of incoming materials, conduct new material testing and report testing results to stakeholders.

8. Work with product fitting team to develop packaging that comply with food safety and quality criteria.

9. Analyze testing data for significant trends, share the trend analysis with stakeholders for quality control and improvements.

10. Regular dialogues with QA inspection team to update and review quality performance.

11. Coordinate onsite food safety / quality audit with inspection team.

12. Other responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time.

13. To undertake any other ad hoc duties/task/projects assigned by the Immediate Superior, General Manager and above when required.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
