Food Stall Supervisor/penyelia Gerai Makan

_**Korean Dosirak (Lunchbox) Food Stall at TRX (Tun Razak Exchange)**_

**Locations**:

- Base in **TRX (Tun Razak Exchange) Kuala Lumpur**.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry preferred.
- Required language(s): English or Bahasa Malaysia
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Supervise daily operations of the food stall, including opening and closing procedures.
- Train, schedule, and supervise staff members to ensure efficient and courteous service.
- Perform administrative tasks such as record-keeping, staff evaluations, and reporting.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.

Our food stall is a **Pork-Free** and **Alcohol-Free **enterprise.
