- Provide Execllent customer service to customers
- Support operational matter as well technician and finance department.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer phone calls in a more professional manner and follow-up on enquiries effectively.
- Perform receptionist duties for walk in Customer.
- Coordinate with technical team in monitoring to deliver the service item to customer within lead time.
- Support all coordination between technical team and customer.
- Preparing of quotation to customer.
- Supply and control of stationary for workshop and office supplies.
- Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by immediate from superior.
