1. Mekanikal -Untuk melaksanakan penyelenggaraan, penyelesaian masalah dan pembaikan kerja-kerja Kejuruteraan Mekanikal yang merangkumi sistem Penyaman Udara dan Pengudaraan, Sistem Perlindungan Kebakaran, Sistem Bekalan Gas Perubatan, Sistem Bekalan Stim, Sistem Pengangkutan Menegak, LPG dan Sistem Bekalan Gas Industri, Peralatan Penyejukan, Kenderaan, Troli, kerusi roda dan peralatan hospital bersekutu, Kelengkapan Joinery, Peralatan Dapur,, Kelengkapan Sanitari, Loji Rawatan Pembetungan, pam dan kerja mekanikal lain yang berkaitan. -Menyelenggara, menyelesaikan masalah, melakukan pembaikan pada semua peralatan penyejukan, Sistem Penyaman Udara dan Pengudaraan, peralatan dan semua penyejuk. (termasuk unit berpecah dan udara berpusat) -Pemeriksaan rutin harian ke atas kerja-kerja kejuruteraan mekanikal. -Untuk memastikan sistem mekanikal berfungsi dan Peralatan di Hospital diselenggara dengan berkesan dan mematuhi semua keperluan berkanun.
